Le Schlossberg is in a hillside village which offers magnificent views of the vineyards and the Vosges. The hotel is in a former riding stables, founded in 1634, and turned into a hotel in 1978. It offers all of the comfort one would expect from a 3-star establishment, in a really charming setting, e.g. rooms with beams, air-conditioning. The restaurant serves a range of Alsace regional specialities, accompanied by prestigious wines. Pike-perch with Riesling, home-made foie gras, veal kidneys flambéed in kirsch... Terraces.
