Contrary to popular belief, restaurants in Strasbourg do not all close down at 9:30 or 10:00 pm. This undying myth was true of yesterday's winstubs.

Le Bouchon
Both restaurant, serving light meals and gourmet chef's specialties, and late-night bar, this establishment attracts regular customers as well as those just passing through.
What's more, the talented hostess, pirouetting from table to table, often belts out a ditty between orders or hands the microphone to her customers, all in a cheerful atmosphere enlivened by champagne, wine by the glass or house cocktails.

Le Jardin du Tivoli
After 10:30 pm the regular dinner menu and buffets of the Jardin de l'Hôtel Hilton make way for a late-night menu and a limited pub-style menu. And since the room opens onto the majestic Hilton lobby and on the other side onto the Bugatti Bar, late-night dinners offer both good taste and fine entertainment.
